Q. Where can I find out about the latest trends and other news?

Q. How often is the website updated?

A. Our website is constantly updated as new fashion products and new trends become available. Keep visiting the website, join the Dazzler Club or follow us on Facebook and Twitter for announcements on new changes made to the website, so you can be the first to know!

Q. I want to order a product, but how do I find out if it is my size?

A. All products are made so one size fits all. The following is given as a guideline to sizes:

  1. most necklaces can be re-adjusted with the adjustable length chain
  2. some rings are adjustable and this will be noted in the description section of the product. Rings which are not adjustable will have sizes S-M, M-L, L-XL noted in the description section
  3. most bangles/bracelets fit a 16cm-20cm wrist. This is just an approximate guideline as the size of each bangle/bracelet will vary slightly depending on the style.

Q. Do I have to pay GST?

A. All prices on missdazzle.com.au are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). There is a 10% GST included in the prices of products.

Q. Can I pay by cheque/money order?

A. Currently cheque's or money orders are not available as one of our payment options. However, if we do offer them as a payment method in the future, it will be noted in the Terms & Conditions section of our website.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

A. We currently accept credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard) via PayPal.

Q. Can I order over the phone?

A. Miss Dazzle is a fully online operated store. All orders must be ordered via the website. No phone orders are processed.

Q. What if a piece is out of stock?

A. Miss Dazzle goes to every effort to provide our customers with the styles that they like. If the item you are looking for is out of stock, usually it is because it has been sold-out, deleted, or phased out of trend. Because of this, we recommend that if there is a particular product you like, you purchase it while it is still available to avoid missing out.

Q. Can I buy from Miss Dazzle if I live overseas?

A. We currently only supply to the following international countries: "New Zealand, UK, USA and Canada. Miss Dazzle is always expanding and one of our goals is to provide products to people all over the globe! Until then, visit our website regularly, follow us on Facebook and Twitter or sign-up to our newsletter.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Australian customers should receive their order between 3-7 working days, unless in a remote area or remote island of Australia. International customers in New Zealand, UK, USA and Canada should receive their orders between 5-21 working days, depending on the location in the world that it is being sent, and how far that location is from Sydney, Australia.

Q. Can I exchange or refund?

A. Miss Dazzle will gladly refund or exchange a product within 10 days of purchase, less the postage and handling fee. The refund/exchange will only apply when:

  • the product/s are not worn and are still in their original condition
  • the product/s still have the tag attached and are not damaged
  • the customer can provide proof of purchase of the same product/s

Please note that Miss Dazzle will not refund/exchange earrings that have been worn due to hygiene reasons. For more information on exchanges and returns, please read the Returns and Exchanges Policy on our Terms & Conditions section of our website.

Q. Are my products covered for warranty?

A. Miss Dazzle does not provide a warranty for products purchased from Miss Dazzle's online store. However, if the customer is not 100% satisfied, we can provide an exchange/refund providing that the customer follows the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Q. How do I clean my jewellery?

A. Miss Dazzle has care instructions on the back of our product labels. To keep your jewellery items in good condition, please avoid contact with water, make-up, sprays, deodorants and perfumes. For items made of silver, use a silver polish cloth to maintain the polished finish.

Q. How do I clean my handbag/purse?

A. Some bags and purses have items such as beads and feather material. To keep your handbag/ purse in good condition, it is recommended that you keep them away from elements such as excessive heat, aerosols, make-up, sprays, perfumes, chemicals such as detergents and soaps, and any other flammable items. Use ONLY a wet cloth to remove any stains or dirt. Do not use stain removers or other household chemicals as this may damage your handbag/purse.

Q. How do I keep my headpiece in good condition?

A. Miss Dazzle recommends that you handle your headpiece gently as they contain beaded, feather and other delicate materials. Avoid contact with sprays, hair straighteners, make-up and sharp items such as scissors, as this may cause damage to your headpiece.

Q. Can I purchase a gift voucher?

A. We do not offer gift vouchers at the present moment, however, this is something that the Miss Dazzle team is working on to provide to our customers really soon!

Q. Is it secure giving out my personal details on missdazzle.com.au?

A. Miss Dazzle does not store your payment details once the payment has been approved, nor do we give out your personal information to any third parties. Our payment gateway is encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology that is unable to be decoded by a third party.
